On 31 October 2014 Romania had notified to the European Commission the Government Decision No. 807/2014 for the implementation of State Aid measures aimed at supporting investments which have a significant impact in the economy.

The State Aid scheme duration is set from 1 October 2014 until 31 December 2020 and has an estimated total allocated budget of Euro 600,000,000 with an annual maximum budget for disbursements of Euro 100,000,000.

The beneficiaries of the State Aid Scheme are SME and large companies who meet the eligibility requirements set forth in the HG 807/2014.
